Your membership and donations keep the The Lewisboro Democratic Club going. With your support we can continue to fund LDClub events, publications, and this Web site. The LDClub also lends financial and logistical support to local Democratic candidates. We welcome your involvement.

Lewisboro's Democratic Club strives to be a strong, honest and active organization for Democrats in our town. Its members hope to stimulate and encourage interest in our the public affairs of Lewisboro and to provide a vehicle for the participation of its citizens in these affairs. Our membership is open to any registered Democrat. Our annual membership is $20.

The Club provides a forum where you can welcome your neighbors and join other Democrats in a casual, informal setting.

Club activities allow you to share ideas, build coalitions, explore community and civic activities, exchange points of view or simply sit back, listen and enjoy lively, informative discussions.

The Club keeps you up-to-date on local political activities, candidates and events. Get current information on candidates running for a local office; learn about them, their platform and how their appointment might affect our community.

Involvement with the Club is what you make it. Lead a Committee or join an existing one. You can help create the Young Leaders Club where our children can learn Robert's Rules of Order, understand the political process, lead a meeting or participate in a debate.

Your ability to participate in Club events will change depending upon your life's demands. Attend an event, when you can. Give of your time, your talent, resources, or funds when you can. When you cannot, we understand.

Your membership of $20 per year allows you to stay tuned into your community and will support Club activities.

There are three Committees of the Democratic Club that you may be interested in getting involved with.
• The Public Issues Committee researches local and national topics of concern and organizes programs and sponsors public forums on these issues.
• The Membership Committee works to expand club membership.
• The Fund Raising Committee develops and implements fund raising activities that allow the projects that promote the goals of the LDClub to flourish.
